The Platform facilitates and enables the User in availing certain online products and services from the Platform, including, inter alia, investment and wealth management services to the Users (“Services”), in accordance with the terms and conditions of use/Service of the Platform, as available at (“Terms and Conditions”).

We also undergo annual security assessment from a Google-designated third party and publish the “letter of assessment” on the AIIONGOLD website and mobile applications.

We do not keep Your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose of processing, except for any record retention required by applicable laws, including but not limited to SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations 2013, IRDAI (Registration of Corporate Agents) Regulations 2015, and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002.
